A small crew in Manchester who spent too many evenings on social casinos that felt like funnels. We wanted a place you come back to because it is fun, not because a timer told you to — and we named it after the bird that never stays down.
Our mission
Phoenix Reels launched in 2026 with one idea: build a place where the spins and the bonus round are the whole product, not a lure. No sportsbook attached, no timers nudging you toward a checkout — there is no checkout to reach.
We care most about the boring parts: clear rules on every game page, originals you can verify round by round from the security page, and a single currency that is impossible to buy.
You're family, not a funnel
You are not a cohort to us. Support is a handful of people in the same office who sign their replies, celebrate your Grands and notice when a streak goes cold. Their target is problems solved, not tickets closed.
Our promises
The three rules we hold ourselves to, roughly in the order we argue about them:
- Fun first. If a feature stops being fun it is removed, whatever the metrics say.
- Plain terms. The rules fit on a page and say what they mean. Nothing hidden on page nine.
- Nothing to buy. All coins are earned. There is no paywall because there is nothing to pay for.
On fairness
Our originals run on a visible seed pair. The server seed is committed as a SHA-256 hash before your first spin; when you rotate, the old seed is revealed and every round it produced can be recomputed. The maths behind each game never changes between players.
