Self-exclusion
Choose 24 hours, a week, a month, six months or permanent. For that period logins, play and our emails are all blocked, and your balance, level and tier are frozen as they are.
Start one yourself from Account → Self-exclusion: choose the length, type the confirmation, press the button. It is immediate — no email exchange, no support ticket, no one to argue with.
Protecting minors
Phoenix Reels is for adults (18+) and asks for a date of birth at sign-up. If someone under 18 uses the same device, consider the parental controls built into the device or browser, and do not let a shared browser remember your password.
