Why we collect it
- To operate your account and the games — needed to perform our contract with you.
- To check eligibility — legitimate interest in keeping the site 18+ and stopping duplicate accounts.
- To keep play safe — legitimate interest in spotting harmful patterns and enforcing self-exclusions.
- To send marketing — consent, revocable at any time from your profile.
- To comply with the law — including answering lawful requests from authorities.
Who we share it with
We do not sell data. It is processed by a short list of contracted providers: our UK hosting provider, our email delivery service, and — only where you accept analytics cookies — Google Analytics. There are no ad networks and no payment processors, since nothing is paid for. Otherwise data leaves us only when the law requires it.
Analytics tells us visit counts and popular pages, never identities. IP anonymisation is on, advertising features are off, and nothing about your account or play is sent. It is entirely controlled by the cookie notice — see the cookie policy.
How long we keep it
Account records stay for two years after closure, play history for twelve months, and marketing preferences until consent is withdrawn.
Your rights
- Access — a copy of everything we hold on you.
- Rectification — fixing anything that is wrong.
- Erasure — removal, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Restriction — suspend processing while a disagreement is settled.
- Portability — a machine-readable copy of your data.
- Objection — to any processing based on legitimate interests, profiling included.
- Withdraw consent — for anything based on consent, whenever you choose.
Write to support@phoenixreels.com and you will hear back within 30 days. Complaints can also go to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). We process personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Security
Traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3 and passwords are stored only as hashes. Production access is restricted to staff who need it, logged, and reviewed every quarter. Should a breach affect you, you and the regulator are notified within 72 hours of us learning of it.
