Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Phoenix Reels is operated by Phoenix Reels Entertainment Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company no. 15873204), 3rd Floor, 76 King Street, Manchester M2 4NH, United Kingdom, telephone +44 (0)161 528 0347, email support@phoenixreels.com. Below, "we" and "Phoenix Reels" refer to that company and "you" to the person using the site.

Phoenix Reels is a social gaming service only. It takes no real-money bets, sells nothing, and offers no games of chance for money or prizes of value.

2. Eligibility

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from Phoenix Reels, nor covered by a regulatory exclusion that extends to social gaming.

3. Your account

Each person, each household and each device is limited to one account. Your password is yours alone: anything done through the account counts as done by you, so tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

Details you give us must be true and kept current, and we may ask you to confirm them at any point.

4. Gold Coins

Phoenix Reels has one currency, Gold Coins, which is an entertainment score and nothing more. Coins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or goods, and remain our property.

Coins are not for sale. There is no shop, and we will never request payment details from you.

Coins cannot be moved between accounts — no selling, gifting, trading or transfers.

Balances may be adjusted to fix an error, undo an abusive transaction or meet a legal duty; you will be told whenever that happens.

5. Playing

Every result comes from a random number generator seeded before anything is drawn on screen. Our own originals use a verifiable seed scheme and can be checked independently from your security page.

A round that cannot finish because of a fault on our side is voided and the stake returned. If your own connection drops mid-round the settled result stands and any open round can be resumed; we are not liable for that.

6. Fair use

You must not:

• Run bots, scripts or other automation, or exploit a bug instead of reporting it.
• Hold more than one account, or work with other players to rig a promotion.
• Disrupt the service or try to get into another player’s account.

7. Suspension and closure

Accounts that break these terms may be suspended or closed. We explain why unless the law stops us, and you can appeal by emailing support@phoenixreels.com.

You may close your account whenever you like from the profile page. It is permanent, and your balance and progress go with it.

8. Liability

Phoenix Reels is offered "as is". We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law says cannot be limited. Otherwise, since the service is free, our total liability to you is capped at £100.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms can change. For any change that materially affects your rights we give at least 14 days notice, by email and on the site, before it applies; using Phoenix Reels after that date means you accept it.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — though we would much rather sort it out by email first. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
